
TriTech’s HelpITSM is a live help desk service that provides your business with immediate, unlimited computer help desk support for all your staff, on a fixed fee basis.
TriTech’s help desk is staffed with experienced Level 1 and Level 2 technicians who have at least 2 years of work experiencing supporting end-users on server, desktop, and network level issues. The HelpIT help desk service is delivered using a combination of phone support and remote control tools. This service is provided for a flat fee per desktop per monthly charge.
Normal Help Desk Hours:
The help desk services are available between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00pm, CST Monday through Friday.
Note: If an after normal business hours call does not require immediate attention, a ticket can be opened via our web portal and will be acknowledged via a technician the next business day.
After Hours Help Desk Support:
After hours support can be provided by the help desk for the purpose of handling critical desktop issues requiring immediate attention. Calls after 9:00pm and before 7:00am Monday through Friday, as well as the weekends, will be forwarded to an answering service. A live person will answer the call, take down your information, you will then receive a call back within fifteen minutes from a support technician.
