About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant at TriTech, you will play a crucial role in keeping our business operations running efficiently. You’ll provide administrative, clerical, and customer support, working closely with our executive team, sales representatives, technicians, and marketing staff. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
-Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and correspondence for internal and external use.
-Maintain and organize files, records, and business documentation.
-Support customer service functions, ensuring client requests are handled efficiently.
-Assist in managing office supplies, vendor communications, and inventory tracking.
-Coordinate meetings, appointments, and event planning for company initiatives.
-Work with the sales and marketing teams to update client information and CRM records.
-Support billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks (as needed).
-Ensure the office operates smoothly by handling general clerical duties and operational support.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or clerical role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic CRM or database tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
A professional and customer-service-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of business operations, invoicing, or bookkeeping (preferred but not required).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
