About the Role

As a Sales Account Representative at TriTech, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting TriTech’s full range of technology solutions. You will work closely with our technical teams, marketing department, and leadership to understand customer challenges and deliver solutions that drive success.

This role requires a mix of strategic outreach, consultative sales, and follow-up engagement to grow TriTech’s customer base and expand service offerings to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
-Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and inbound leads.
-Engage with potential clients, understand their technology challenges, and present customized IT, cabling, VoIP, and print solutions.
-Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
-Work with technical teams to develop proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
-Stay up to date on TriTech’s service offerings to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
-Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
-Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools.
-Represent TriTech at networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings to expand brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (technology or B2B sales preferred).


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.


  • Ability to understand and explain IT, networking, structured cabling, VoIP, and print solutions (training provided).


  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.


  • Experience using CRM software to track leads and customer interactions (preferred but not required).


  • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to selling.


  • A positive, driven attitude with a passion for helping businesses find the right technology solutions.
