About the Role
As a Service Dispatcher at TriTech, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service calls, ensuring that technicians are dispatched efficiently to meet customer needs. You’ll be the key point of contact between clients, technicians, and service teams, ensuring smooth communication and rapid response times.
This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and excellent customer service, making it ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities while keeping operations running smoothly.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating between customers and technicians.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure.
Familiarity with dispatching software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to scheduling changes and urgent service requests.
Prior experience in IT, low-voltage cabling, VoIP, or printer service dispatching (preferred but not required).
